I am a VERY picky eater, especially when it comes to sandwiches, since you can usually make those yourself at home and have full control… My go to here at Firehouse Subs has ALWAYS been a club on a sub, but I’m not a fan of the side pickle spears anywhere, and I prefer honey mustard over deli mustard!!! It’s an odd substitution, I know, but you’ll love it if you try it. Any other fast food place I go to disregards my modifications entirely, and I end up picking things off myself. I decided to order through the app one day, which is set up WONDERFULLY btw (very user friendly!) and was a little nervous I was still going to have the deli mustard on my sandwich. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff was extremely kind, directing me to the rack of online orders and making sure I had all my chips and drinks before I left. When I checked the sandwich, there was no pickle on the side, no deli mustard on the sandwich, and honey mustard instead of deli mustard. Firehouse, y’all have a (slightly picky) customer for life!

DO NOT eat here… especially if you order online!! THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!! Sunday 24 March 6:30pm I ordered an online order, walked in to pick it up. And I guess they assumed that I was there to make an inside order, because one of the females behind the counter from across the sandwich station asked the manager “If online order customers bother him?” And his response was “pretty much yeah!!” I wanted to open my mouth but the adult in me decided to be responsible. Good Job Firehouse in Enterprise!! ??

They were out of many options of chips, out of large bread so they used other sizes. The drink dispenser was out of coke, most of the lemonades and other options. The staff was less than accommodating when approached!

My family and I have eaten at multiple Firehouse Subs, multiple times. I have not had a bad experience. Always positive folks and great food. My favorite is the brisket. Also, let them round up to the nearest dollar on your bill. These donations actually go to local first responders in the form of equipment that could save your life one day.

Ordered a salad and a sandwich just a sandwich. It was $25. The salad looked slimy so I took it back. They didn't care and said the lettuce looked fine. The lady had really long fake nails with jewels on them. Said she was the manager. I couldn't understand what she was saying. Never apologized, didn't care at all, but did give me a refund. I called today and they won't give me owners number. I could understand if it was just a random employees number but the owner should be availableto all customers. This use to be one of the best places in town to eat. It was clean, friendly, and fast service. Things have sure changed in there. I will be calling the health department about the nails.

Sandwich was not made the way it was ordered, I ordered a, roast beef, meat and cheese only. They put tomatoes and mayonnaise on it,. Who eats tomatoes on a roast beef sandwich???

Service was terrible. It seemed like the manager showed preferential treatment and serviced customers after my order. About 6 people to be exact. Asked twice if my food was being made. Lied to twice lol. Left at the 35 min mark without my food or my refund. Not worth my peace of mind.

Ordered a simple meatball sub. The store phone rang and messed the cashier up. Little did I know it really messed them up. Waited for almost 30 minutes and asked what’s going on. They had no record of me so they had to just refund. This is really on the owner and their set up. Why on earth would the cashier/ coordinator be answering phone call orders during orders? Just seems like a bad move that can cause confusion.

Service was good at the counter but that was it. Ordered my food and watched 5 people who came in and ordered the same get theirs before me. By the time they asked if someone was missing a sub i had to leave. Got to work to find out they gave me the wrong one.

I literally just bought this sandwich & it is the most soggy, over dressed, disgusting, SLOPPY, incorrect sandwich I’ve ever spent $14 dollars on and I’m PI$$ED. Don’t ever order online they will just throw your sandwich together. Do you see the BACON I was charged extra for? Or the banana peppers?? They are literally on the receipt right after bread…. I’m upset because I ALWAYS have a problem with this place. I don’t even have the energy to go back … just put my newborn to sleep and I finally had time to eat and I was given this…… brb going to go cry
