“From the moment we walked in, the smells were AMAZING!! We were sat at a table immediately in the 2nd room, and the ambience and whole vibe was warm and welcoming. We got a Calzone, shrimp & pasta, and chicken & pasta. Took about 15 minutes to get it, but it was PIPING hot, and sooo fresh! Each of us were blown away by our dishes at the first bite. We VERY highly recommend this cute little Italian cafe/restaurant. TOP notch cook, great, fresh ingredients, great server(s) - just an outstanding experience from start to finish. Oh, and the price was awesome, as well! This was our first visit here - but now, we're going to have to make this a regular jaunt for lunch or dinner for sure!“

“My wife and I stopped and had lunch and are so glad we did. From the moment that we were greeted by Bonnie to the great menu selection and the quality of our meal, we knew we would be back. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and it was fabulous! But please take Bonnie up on her suggestion to try the salad with their in house made ranch dressing. I highly recommend Mama Rosa’s Pizza!“

“I was so sad when Daleville store closed down because the manager and employees there were so amazing! When I finally made it to the Enterprise store, I was happy to see some familiar faces, especially the manager, Joey. He ALWAYS has the best customer service and makes sure my family has the best dine in experience! He keeps the store clean and provides such a positive atmosphere! And of course the food never disappoints!“

“The ordering over the phone was a bit tedious. I miss just calling somewhere and staff picking up and you being able to order instead of routing through a call center and battling AI to order one cheese pizza. Besides that, the staff at the actual location was wonderful and helpful, the food was delicious!“

“Overall, this is a solid Little Caesars location and a good option when you want something quick and affordable. The pizza is usually good, especially when it’s fresh, and it’s hard to argue with the value compared to what a lot of pizza places charge these days.

That said, there’s definitely some room for improvement. The biggest issue is consistency. Depending on when you go, the quality and service can vary. Sometimes everything is fresh, hot, and ready to go, other times the food preparation or wait time isn’t quite as good as it should be.

The staff could also be a little more attentive and welcoming. You don’t need five-star restaurant service when you’re picking up a pizza, but acknowledging customers and keeping them informed when an order is running behind goes a long way.

Overall, good pizza, good value, and convenient, but a little more consistency in both food preparation and customer service would make this a much better location. I’ll continue coming back, I’d just like to see those areas tightened up.“

“🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ List of issues that I tried to express on the actual website in hopes to improve their customer service and customer experience without going public…. But, I honestly gave up after the 3rd attempt!!!! I do not want anything free because what we received was at least edible-ish!!! I just thought OUR experience could be a learning tool, however, I kept receiving a % off, free item or error… My issues are: #1 - The delivery driver, who works for a company who is still insisting “contract-free deliveries” on their delivery app waited at the top of the street to be flagged down to deliver our ALREADY PAID FOR pizza … #2 - After flagging him down and he pulled up to our house, he BARELY rolled down his window to announce he had a Domino’s delivery…. as if he was in a sketchy neighborhood and was scared for his life.... #3 - Once (half-ass) verifying he was in-fact at the RIGHT location, he got out of his car, shoved the pizza at us, and honestly “snatched” the cash tip while inspecting it throughly before even acknowledging us as paying customers… #4 - I PURPOSELY requested that all 3 pizzas be cut into squares (as I usually do) and 2 of the 3 where NOT… #5 - The one and only square cut pizza…. Once opening the box lid, we discovered the pizza toppings to be mostly slid up against one side of the box as opposed to actually ON THE PIZZA!!! #6 - As a corporation, if you, TRUTHFULLY, do not care about customer feedback on delivery, DO NOT ASK!!! Domino’s Pizza Enterprise, AL… Do. Better! Rant over!!!!“
