I went to sonic for the first time yesterday, the food was amazing and i wasn’t even waiting five minutes before I got my food. The receipt said the carhop was Kayleigh, and she was amazing. Super sweet and didn’t mind going back to get me anything else i needed. Her positive attitude and smile definitely made my experience better. It seems like all of the workers are like that as well. As i was going to leave I see the girl who was my car hop and another dude walking by eachother...

UPDATING my review from 1 to 3 stars. Went back the next day and had a completely different (improved) experience. Not sure what the issues were yesterday - staff / equipment? Glad today was better and hope that it will continue.
Nevertheless, experience is inconsistent and unreliable- two things a fast food restaurant should never be.
