You can always depend on Arby's to be consistent from store to store, town to town, state to state, usually. This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever eaten at. There is always something wrong with the food whether it be old or cold or simply not in the bag. The order takers and window people are rude and act as if they are being inconvenienced by having to do their jobs. I will say this in their defense, they aren't the only restaurant whose employees are...
I just stopped by to get a snack and had the best experience. The shift manager was so nice and friendly. Kept me updated about my order and worked hard even with a knee brace on. Food tasted great!
My main concern is the lack of employees at this particular location, sometimes it can be kindve slow but I would have to say that the food is pretty good and the place is pretty clean. Overall, if you’re ever in the area I would recommend that you try these guys out.
