This Chick-Fil-A needs managerial supervision. There were plenty of employees, which is nice, however they were having more fun with each other than paying attention to customers and cleaning of restaurant and restrooms. This location is very popular with locals and tourists passing through but the team needs real training on keeping the restaurant clean and paying attention to the orders. Makes you question what happens out back in kitchen, is it clean or not?
Food was good, but the place was filthy. All trash receptacles were overrun with piles on top of them. Restrooms were also quite dirty. The establishment is slammed with business, so that does contribute some, but most keep the trash emptied.
Honestly, this one doesn’t live up to Chick-fil-A standards we are used to. The food was good! But for there to be no line, there was a long wait to get food. The 3 people in front of me all had to go back up to the counter to correct mistakes with their orders. I then had to go back up to get my drinks…and then got to the car and realized they forgot our sauces and apple juice.
