This was our first time eating at Jack's. We pulled up to the drive through. We asked for a minute to look at the menu. The drive through operator said go ahead. We ordered a 12 piece tenders box with no sauce. After we gave the order, the speaker became muffled and we could not hear what was being said. We pulled to the window. The girl asked if we had ordered. I said yes. She said she didn't see any order. I explained what happened. She said oh sorry. We didn't get it. You would have to wait. I said ok. I will wait. We paid. She went across the store and picked up a bag, brought it over and handed it to us. I was confused. But we got our food. ? It was around 8:40pm. I don't know. Giving the experience 3 stars. The chicken was decent. Fairly fresh. I'd say it was 4 star worthy.

One star for each pickle they gave me, much better chicken quality than other restaurants. Could have slightly better service but ut was very late at night so I can't expect much.
I had to wait over 20 mins for my food from drive-through and then said where my order was when a guy came to a car next to me that was only there for Yeah, I forgot. I left it in there.like 7 muns

I have been to this establishment twice this week. This location serves some of the smallest chicken tenders in the food service industry. On my most recent vist I ordered and paid for a double biscuits & gravy for breakfast, my mistake being I went through the drive through and did not open the box to check my order. I only received one biscuit with a small amount of gravy that had hardly any meat, very disappointing not receiving the breakfast I paid for. The worker at the window was also reluctant to provide a plastic spoon when asked.
