First time. We go to jacks about three to four times a week for breakfast. But the lady at the window this morning was very rude. Asked for a cup holder said they were out the lady behind her gave her one. She put the cups in and busted one of the cups then tried to give me that cup. Asked for another cup holder same answer the other lady gave her another one. We ordered a steak biscuits and a chicken biscuit. We got a sausage egg snd cheeses and a ham biscuit didn't even check the order. She does not need to be working the window with her sorry customer service

Great customer service. Nice quiet place to get a quick bite to eat including dessert. Definitely some of the best biscuits and chicken tenders in town. I also ask for my fries to be cooked a little longer. The only thing I didn't enjoy from the menu was the fried chicken breast sandwich. Mine was not seasoned well ( --just the breading had flavor and it was coming off the meat).

Absolutely LOVE Jacks here in this location! My food is always hot and fresh whether it’s breakfast time, or lunchtime. I always do my order on the Jacks App. I go here a lot, so they know who I am before I can say I have the mobile order. Everyone that works there are very nice and they always make sure I have what I need.

Great Customer Service from drive thru cashier. At the window I was greeted by the cashier and manager. Order was received promptly. Chicken Breast was seasoned well, fresh, and delicious! My fries were hot and crispy too!

Had been a long time since I've ate at a jacks . It was my last time. $26 for 2 cheeseburgers that have been microwaved. The bun was a dead give away that they were microwaved. Then as we are sitting at are table trying to choke them down. I clearly watch an employee have a sneezing attack. Ok this happens to everyone, but after he was done . He wiped his nose with his hand and continued bagging someones food with that hand.
We were traveling through after a football game. Staff was very gracious.

This review is not about the food or the service or even the state of the restaurant. This review is for Maycee! Two days ago my daughter stopped here and accidentally left her wallet behind. This location is four hours from home and 2.5 hours from our weekend destination. Somehow (still a mystery) Maycee managed to track down my cell phone number without anything in the wallet to go on. Maycee made sure the wallet was put in the safe until we came back thru today on the way home to get it. It was just as she left it. Thank you to Maycee! I hope your manager sees this and recognizes you for going above and beyond!
