Drive thru..let’s talk about it, some of the people that work there act like they don’t want to be there. Always with an attitude and the eye rolling when you ask a question. Than it’s like you’re bothering them when trying to place an order. More than half the time the food looks and taste like it’s been there all day. Fry’s are cold and soggy burgers dry nuggets hard. And the drinks always flat. But God forbid you tell them anything about it because the attitude is real, like if they paid for it out of their pocket. I will never go back.

The dining area is not regularly cleaned. Tables are greasy & sticky, food on the floor under tables. Staff passes the tables and does nothing. Dine-in service at the counter is slow. Staff is going through the motions. You have to request salt and pepper...money saving? This McDonald's needs a regional wakeup call. This not the 1st time visiting this McDonald's. I ordered the big breakfast with two extra patties and only put 2 patties. So I had to go back. Then Ieft and realized they also forgot to add my pancakes. I was too far away. I started writing because is happening im so many fast restaurants.
