Just got a pizza and I am very disappointed, $21.00 and it's mostly bread and cheese. Very little toppings. Pizza hut sure has gone downhill.

Usually Pizza Hut is really good. This last time not so much. Asked for extra sauce and frosting, Was told all in box. Only to find one of each instead of 2 of each. Highly disappointing.

I’ve been going to the Eufaula Pizza Hut for 40 years. As a child it was a fun, friendly, colorful place with friendly customer service and a family atmosphere. Bright colors, flashing Juke Box, Arcade Game. It was the place to go.
I went this week and was not greeted. Had to ask someone if I could sit at a table. Was finally met at the table by an employee who handed me a one page menu with no prices listed. I asked for a glass of tea and was told they do not have tea. I could see the soda machine and what drinks were labeled on it. I ask for a Dr. Pepper. 10 minutes later he returns to tell me they do not have fountain drinks but I could get a 2 liter bottle. (I was alone.)
Restaurant looked like it was being used for storage, tables and floor filthy, no Music, No Games, No friendly helpful staff. I felt as if I was an inconvenience by coming in to sit down and have dinner.
I politely got up and left. It’s sad what this world is becoming.

I just ordered a Chicago Tavern pizza it was suppose to be cut in squares, I don't know who cut my pizza but it was butcherd. Look like half triangles look a piece was missing in the middle of the pizza but they need to learn how to cut pizza.

The service was fine. We got it to go the other day, and it was like they went and bought a fozen pizza from the store. I used to love Pizza Hut, and they had great pizza . We hadn't been in a while and decided to get one. I don't know if it was just that night or if it has changed that much. But it wasn't like it used to be. I was very disappointed. Probably won't try it again.
