The food was hot and fresh! However, our strawberry lemonades weren't made correctly. I believe they tried to pass the machine fruit punch off as the handcrafted lemonade. It was nothing like it was supposed to be...looks nor taste. Then we were met with attitude when asked about it, but she remade it and it was made more to the expectations and upcharge we paid to have that particular lemonade.

Went in ordered food they refried my daughters nuggets and fries then made a strawberry swirl with no strawberries then when we complained the woman got an attitude took off her headset like she was getting ready to do something! I am appalled at this! The food tasted old! Please do not go here!

My son and I waited till we got to Eufaula on a trip to Columbus and ba ck to the doctor. Of all the places in town to eat I said I would like a Wendy's burger because I haven't eaten at Wendy's in a while. Went through the drive thru and ordered a 1 combo plus cheese and bacon. We payed with a credit card and I checked the bag to make sure everything was in it . We got down the road and I handed my son his 10 piece chicken nuggets and honey mustard. But before we left we realized she still had our card so we sat there a few seconds before she opened the window again and asked for the credit card and then we're on our way. Back to my burger. Cold as a wedge all the way through, pattie and all, put together so sloppily only half had any condiments. And guess what ? NO CHEESE AND NO BACON . NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP AT ANY WENDY'S.This is not the first bad experience. I live on social security, nothing to spare. I GOT CHEATED. Kenneth L.

I stopped at this location Saturday Mar 8 and stood at the front counter for about 4 min and no one took my order. There were employees chatting it up in the dining area, one employee going to her car and coming back inside multiple times. Only one car came through the drive thru and no customers were dining inside. I felt like I was invisible. Walked out empty handed.
Quality may be in their recipe but definitely not in their employees. Everyone on that shift should be let go to find jobs that match their work ethic.
Drive-thru. First burger of the day must have been left over from the night before they were cold hard greasy pucks. The french fries were good probably because they were the first French fries of the day. 18 bucks for two burgers though and an order of fries? It's crazy. Few days later I went back for the breakfast sandwich sat at the drive-thru kiosk for about 15 minutes nothing happened. The same time there was a guy bringing out trash. I asked him if anybody was in there and he just shrugged his shoulders I don't know? I left didn't order. Went across the street to Burger King where everything went smoothly. Take a lesson.
