The manager( Gus) was very rude after calling in reference to a replacement order that was not correct. When speaking to him he screamed in the phone that we are getting in his nerves and hung up after asking for corporate telephone number. It’s clear that leadership is definitely not his strong suit. I will be reaching out to his corporate office in response to his rudeness.
KFC offers the fastest and freshest food with friendly service. This location stands out from the chain's stereotypes, as it is run in the traditional "Colonel Sanders" way. The staff works hard to provide a good experience, despite some cleanliness issues in the restrooms.
