Cheeseburger Ordered Ketchup with Onions Only..Missing Onions and Not Fresh ..Rec'd Fresh Fries and 10 piece Chicken Nuggets rec'd only 1 Sweet and Sour portion pack Ordered in Drive Thur we had to go in the restaurant to get 2 more sauce portion packs. Quarter Pound Deluxe was over-sauced.
I had a door dash order and did not receive all of my order due to the door dasher taking it but then I drove to the restaurant and spoke with a manager explained wat happened to her and they helped me take care of my order and the issue I had so thanks to the managers Sharnice, Ramona, and other coworkers thank u for all your help quick and wonderful service.
The food was good, we were there for breakfast. The service was a bit off, not sure if they were short staffed but everyone seemed a little scattered and there were not a lot of happy faces greeting customers.
