The customer service was horrible! The two managers ( Kimberly and Rebecca) were very rude and displayed racist comments behavior. On multiple occasions, I witnessed them displaying racist behavior to two of their African American employees. The manager for whatever reason snatched the head set off the heads of two different times to two different people at the window. We love our Zaxbys! The food is always good and the staff is friendly.
Well, I mean, I understand stopped on our way back from the beach. Store was very busy, but we still had to wait over thirty five minutes for our food. Filing drive through orders faster than in house orders. Both ice machines were broken. Wanted to charge my grandson, 25 cents for zaxby sauce after waiting for food over 35 minutes. We appreciate that they were doing what they could to accommodate the crowd but their service could have been a little bit more friendly in the meantime.
