This is THE WORST Zaxbys I have ever visited. They have a sign that says dining room open…so we go in and they say we have to go get back in our car and order through drive thru and then we can bring it in and eat. All the while there are 5 employees just sitting around the counter saying they are to short staffed to take orders. What in the world? Who runs this place? The customer service was horrible! The two managers ( Kimberly and Rebecca) were very rude and displayed racist comments behavior. On multiple occasions, I witnessed them displaying racist behavior to two of their African American employees. The manager for whatever reason snatched the head set off the heads of two different times to two different people at the window.
