We ordered 46.00 worth of food. The young lady brought the food to the car and handed it to the backseat passenger. That was weird. Then I went in to get some ketchup. After my mom, aunt, and uncle began saying that the shrimp was too salty. I told them to take them back. I met the young lady outside and informed her. She said okay and went back inside the restaurant. After sitting waiting for someone to come out, I decided to go in. The young lady would leave us outside because she had not said anything to anyone. I asked to speak to the manager and explained my dilemma. The manager explained that they are preseasoned and all they do is put them in the fryer. I informed her that I had just paid 46.00 and at a loss. The manager shrugged her shoulders and stated that she was sorry. The service was not good, and the communication was much worse. I am one who tries not to return food or items, but we had been on the road and were in need of something to eat, only to still need to find something else to eat. If you stop here, make sure that you understand your order is your order, and nothing can be done about any mishaps with your food.

Amazing!!! This has to be one of the BEST locations I have ever encountered! The staff clearly understands the meaning of “T.E.A.M” even with long wait times it was still a very pleasant experience. The food was made to order and the fountain drinks were crisp! I’m from Columbus, Ga and the locations here could definitely use some tips from this location! Thanks Evergreen for making my traveling experience filling!

After ordering and paying for a small kid's snack meal, someone came on the loudspeaker and announced that all tenders orders would be an additional 15 minutes. I mean, that is all they sell! Why were they not prepared?When my meal was finally ready, I never heard my name called. It took another customer to point out the little bag on the counter and she asked if it was mine. When I asked the employee at the counter if she had called my name, she never spoke but kind of nodded.At least the food tasted delicious and the temperature of the food was good too!
Stopped on to pick up an order, but the drive thru was backed up. So we went in, and it took 18 minutes to get our food. They forgot our e tea piece of toast I paid for and they charged me for the extra zaxby’s sauce, but gave us none. Won’t be stopping at this one again. The only good thing was the girl at the front taking orders.

Stopped in to get some food as we were passing through as Arby's is one of our go to places to eat, However this location has changed that due to the unprofessional attitude of manager on duty and employees, I was shorted a side order of French fries, a meal order of French fries and two salad dressing for a salad, when inside my wife asked for the French fries a certain employee stated that they had given the to us which was not the case so they gave us the French fries we had paid for, when my wife came back to the car we checked everything else and the salad dressing was missing, so I went in and asked for the manager on duty explained the situation about shorting us these items as most zaxby double check the orders (not the case here) I was asking for the salad dressing that zaxbys forgot on my order, the manager on duty was unprofessional, employees laughed and mocked me!! Zaxbys also had the original receipt which I ask to please have back and the young lady was nice and gave it too me, the manager on duty this nigh has ni clue about customer service all the manager had to do was give me what we paid for nothing else, instead I received bad attitude and terrible customer service.Date of service was 11/25/2023 6:27 pm this zaxbys will cease to exist if you allow your employees and manager to act in such a way that no one wants ro come in!! I will be giving the lowest review for service due to these reasons as I only wanted what I paid for nothing else how hard is that, and to be in customer service yiu have employees that need to trained properly from the top down!!
