I gave it four stars because I got it "Fresh Off The Broiler ". I don't mind the extra wait because I give "Good Money" in the hopes of getting "Good Food"! I've also noticed that the later you go, the worst the level of service you get. I'm sorry for this last part but it is the truth to me. Burger King, please understand that customers shouldn't have to ask for better service, it should be "Fresh Off The Broiler" for Every order and not "Fresh Out The Warmer"(just to save time).

I ordered a double sausage egg and cheese croissant and I asked for no cheese but when I got home and I opened my food it had cheese on it. And the phone is disconnected for me to call and complain about my order.

Customer service is horrible. Woman with tattoos all over working the window on Wednesday mornings needs to adjust her attitude, I will not be back..plus my food was cold

Ok so I think this the 1 in Ensley I gave them 3 stars bout a month ago. But I take that back today I went to the drive thru an sat there for bout 10min without anybody ever coming to the speaker!!! Soooo when I do finally make it to the window I know 3 different employees and the manager looks at me and never come to the window smh communication is key an I understand allota things but that there didn't really make sense to me an I go there all the time an they always having problems but they let me know therefore I would still bare with them but after today I wish I would go back??♀️??♀️??♀️
