Ordered a #1 and wanted a KFC sauce and the woman charged me $.65, since when do they charge for a single sauce for a meal? She needs to he invested.

First impression is a lasting impression! As soon as i walked in it smelled like old mop water & raw chicken. I should’ve just walked out but I’ve been on the road all day wanted to grab a quick bite. Ordered 6 honey bbq wings I wish I knew they were the spicy wings drowned in bbq sauce! Just not good! I ordered wedges instead of fries they were old & dry . Regular Pepsi taste like Pepsi zero yuck!! I told the lady she ask me if I got the right Pepsi? Mam I can read! I told her don’t worry about it I got Mountain Dew. I’m sure they didn’t check it nor change it! Never again! I’ll drive all the way to Bessemer or any other location than this one! Midfield food is gross anyway! Yuck!

All staff members were very nice and friendly I was greeted upon arrival at the drive thru .The cashier offered me upgrades as well as Promos They were offering!
Also the food was delicious keep up the good work

You've priced the poor man out, Again. I'm surprised that I'm okay with that. The food and service are hit and miss at this location. It depends on who's working. I can do better things with my hard earned money.

After the bad experience I had at 1 KFC.Because I desired the chicken and the coast law and everything that comes with it.I had to go to another location where service was a one.The people that work for your location.They were absolutely outstanding.They need a race thank you

UberEATS sent two drivers on a Sunday afternoon. Employees in lobby saying they weren't open yet. No one from KFC even tried to reach out to me or the drivers. Waited over an hour just to find out after one of the same drivers brought the next order I got later that day.

Waited 15 minutes to take my order and i was the only one in there for a while. Waited another 30 minutes for my food just to get half way home and discover that my fries are ice cold i was so upset.....but service was so bad i didnt event want to go back. When a few people came in it seemed to be so chaotic and dysfunctional like nobody knew what the next person was doing.
