UberEATS sent two drivers on a Sunday afternoon. Employees in lobby saying they weren't open yet. No one from KFC even tried to reach out to me or the drivers. Waited over an hour just to find out after one of the same drivers brought the next order I got later that day.

Waited 15 minutes to take my order and i was the only one in there for a while. Waited another 30 minutes for my food just to get half way home and discover that my fries are ice cold i was so upset.....but service was so bad i didnt event want to go back. When a few people came in it seemed to be so chaotic and dysfunctional like nobody knew what the next person was doing.

I ordered and paid for a 8 piece with two sides. To get home and only find 6 pieces of chicken. My last time going there shady workers!!

Don't ever ever ever go to this KFC on AARONAV DRIVE FAIRFIELD ALABAMA. I went there one night close to closing I guess. But let me tell you I wouldn't even go back to get my refund because the way the so called manager or supervisor behaved.. wow!! She was cursing like nobodies business the girl in the drive thru didn't try to close the window to keep me from hearing it. It was unreal!! Then on top of that I ordered 3 original thighs. When I got home it was the biggest burnt hard fried chicken breast leg and thigh!! What the what!! But after all I heard and seen there was no way I was going to go back for them to spit in my food...I don't think so. DONT GO THERE!! PERIOD!!
