Don't ever ever ever go to this KFC on AARONAV DRIVE FAIRFIELD ALABAMA. I went there one night close to closing I guess. But let me tell you I wouldn't even go back to get my refund because the way the so called manager or supervisor behaved.. wow!! She was cursing like nobodies business the girl in the drive thru didn't try to close the window to keep me from hearing it. It was unreal!! Then on top of that I ordered 3 original thighs. When I got home it was the biggest burnt hard fried chicken breast leg and thigh!! What the what!! But after all I heard and seen there was no way I was going to go back for them to spit in my food...I don't think so. DONT GO THERE!! PERIOD!!

The service at this location is Horrible.. Do not patronize this location. The employees hanging outside the store and telling customers the system is down and can't take orders or it will be a 45 minute wait. Absolutely appalling.

Got in a fist fight with a worker, drink poured on my work uniform. Dryest chicken I’ve ever had in my life, also patiently waited about 40-45 mins for my food. Had to ask for BBQ sauce for my food that I offered to pay for originally, just a horrible experience. Would never recommend!!!!

Kfc has decreased in quality workers and product. I don't recommend. The food is hardly ever fresh, just not the same. What happened, this was an iconic place to dine, but not anymore. I don't know if I will ever go back. So

My experience at the KFC in Fairfield was poor. I ordered a chicken pot pie. I was told that it would be 22 minutes. After that time had passed, I went in and was told 14 more minutes. The young lady was at the register and was very unprofessional. The manager was all over the place and did not know how to manage his employees. Customer service is just a word we see and often not used in most fast food restaurants. My food was dropped and they did not think I saw them nor took the initiative to redo the order. I won't be back to this KFC.

Drive thru service was terrible attitude don't know why, when I ask if I could have slaw instead of mashed potatoes..,also chicken is just not what it used to be. Won't be back.....
