She didn't give me my change back. I called when I got home and they picked up the phone and hung it up. I called right back and they wouldn't answering

Every single time I come here, order AHEAD on the app, I'm still left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I only order a slushie and an appetizer, every time. Today I just waited over 23 minutes for a slushie and cheese sticks. I've called corporate on this location many times and I hate they're the closest to me. They can't keep a steady crew. Mostly childish children who don't care about the job.

We were at the drive thur no one came to the speaker. Then someone waved us to the window . The cashier just open then window didn't apologize for the wait or anything and she just looked at me so I handle the girl a coupon that I had gotten out a coupon book I purchased from a school she yelled to another girl and said she got coupons the girl yelled we not taking them and she handed them back. I just said thank you and pulled off like I didn't even want anything anymore if it wasn't for the poor customer service I would have purchased food.

Deserves 0 stars. After waiting 20 minutes for my 2 dbl cheeseburgers, they were sold to me with mustard and ketchup all over the outside of the buns. The guy in front of me got so tired of waiting that he just left after a while. I cant hardly blame him. The 3 girls running the place were too busy cutting up and playing around instead of doing their jobs. I wont be giving this place another try for a good while. This place needs better employees.

This place is a joke. I've been sitting here waiting for over 20 mins for 2 small freaking mozzarella sticks that I ordered via the app. There's no line. And the workers are literally just walking around in their pajamas. I pressed the red button and heard them turn their mic off. They just keep walking around talking and laughing and looking at the window at me. Had to get out of my car and ask the workers who were getting people their food who showed up 10 mins after me

I'm a massive fan of the peanut butter cup blast I'm there on the regular. There's this ONE young lady that kills it!!! I mean the best damn blasts EVER!!! When she's not there I never get my craving fixed. It's almost worth it to keep trying until she is there tbh. Thank goodness their hours match what they say they are.

Paid for extra toppings, don't feel I got what I'd normally get at other sonics. Master blast wasn't blended and all the toppings were on top. I'm slightly disappointed that it wasn't put together better.

I always order using the app because I like the ½ off drinks and it's just faster but the last few times I've come to this location, I've had to wait an hour after arriving. Today I waited 2 hours for my order and I had to walk up to the door to get them to work and still ended up waiting another 15 minutes. My order included an ice cream cone and they gave me an extra small cone of ice cream that was either already melting or wasn't fully frozen yet. I will not be coming back here. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

The young lady informed us as we pulled in that she would be right back out to take our order, and she did! She came right back out to the car and took our order. One side was not available, and we were not suppose to have our order taken on the side we pulled into. We were unaware and asked if she wanted us to come around to the other side. She gracefully declined and proceeded to take our order! She was so helpful and friendly, smiled the entire time despite how hot it was outside. I wish I knew her name to thank her once again properly in this review!! It took a while for the order, but they were busy, so we understood, and her customer service made the experience even better!! Thanks again so much, and keep up the good work you all!!
Placed order ahead of time in the app and even though they cleared the order when we got there we still had to wait about 15 minutes for our order. The order was wrong when we got it and Keyana was rude when we brought it to her attention. She brought the wrong slushie out twice and got an attitude when we tried to show her the correct order on our receipt.

Over an HR wait all to get the food and it was wrong. The manager remade the sandwiches bragging about how he knew it was right cuz he did them himself. Wrong he messed them up too. Didn't complain cuz he was extremely polite and didn't want to wait any longer. Due to time restraints

1st off we had to wait at least 30 minutes before ordering for ordering the food was not Good quality The hot dog tastes like rubber and The Onion rings had no batter on them Epic fail

Customer service was excellent, the young lady that took my order was very polite, she apologized several times for the long wait and she even had a beautiful smile on her face and kept her composure in a very stressful situation. Because of her attitude I waited. It was unfair to her and the other employee that was there. I pray working conditions have gotten better; my granddaughters food was cold when we finally received it.

They make drive through orders a priority, I guess. We seen at least seven cars order at the drive thru after arriving at the park and order kiosk. We pressed the order button and they canceled our order. After some time people were being refused service and many were just driving off... And obviously nothing ever changes, so don't waist your time calling or anything else. Just go elsewhere. In some cities, they burn places like this to ground. Seems fitting for the Fairfield location.
