I ordered to go cause it was late and the service was friendly I will give them that but that is where it ends. The food was horrible and tasted bad and it looked like they threw slice cheese on top of my hash browns they are supposed to be greasy but it tasted bad is all I can sum it up to I even tipped because that's what we're supposed to do. But I will never eat here again and I would not recommend it to anyone else either. I am gonna be honest and say what it is and this was by and far not what a waffle house I would call waffle house experience was supposed to be like. Sorry guys 1 star from me.

I travel a lot for work, and I always end up at Waffle House wherever I’m stationed. It’s kind of my personal travel tradition at this point. I love to sit and pick out the music on their jukebox and eat my food in bliss. But this particular Waffle House stood out even more than usual.
The wait staff here was genuinely great—friendly, attentive, and just easy to talk to. They made me feel like a regular even though I’m just passing through.
And listen… I’m picky about my steak. I ordered the T-bone medium-rare, and they nailed it. Most places either overcook it or don’t even try, but they got mine exactly how I asked. Hot, juicy, and cooked just right.
This spot definitely earned a return visit next time I'm in Birmingham Alabama

You will be charged a different price everytime you go . Beware !!!! Order might be right , might be wrong. Better check your food. They charge for to go orders plus a service charge. Like 10% each … It makes you not want to leave a tip. I’m assuming that’s a way for them to get a tip. Will not be back I’ll just go to the Bessemer and or Hurytown location where I pay less for the same meal. !!!

The two working tonight that didn’t get my food I want stop till both of you disrespectful people are done. Your service was pitiful I wouldn’t pay you for disgracing my business and the owners need to know…. I bee sure they find out. Ashamed of the human race!!!!!!!
Parking: This place is a JOKE. I placed order online bc I called and that is what it said do. I get a text saying my food would be ready at 12:00 ok I get there at 12:15 and you don’t have a ticket for me I show u my phone and she kinda brushes me off and closes the window. I knocked on the glass bc I need to make sure this lady got my dam order and of course she didn’t. I get another text saying my food is ready you don’t call me to the window or nothing so I’m going on an hour now of being there mind you I called my food in. I’ve got all the texts from these ppl and I’m waiting on food that they have not even cooked yet!! I was there 1 1/2 hours and still didn’t get no food and haven’t received my money back. Needless to say the two working in there were pitiful. I want ever be back there again. I am calling any and every Tom Dick an Harry till I get the right one.
