Cactus Cantina of Fairhope

My friend and I met for dinner this evening. We were seated, chips/ salsa provided and our drink order was taken. It was stifling hot and the restaurant and when my friend ask about it being so hot, the waitress said the air conditioning wasn’t working, but later said it was because of the sun shining through the windows. I eat at this specific Cactus Cantina practically every week and it has never been uncomfortable. It was very difficult to enjoy the evening when you are miserable from the inside temperature. The waitress even said it was cooler in the kitchen! Their food is always excellent, but it seems such a great restaurant would inform the customers prior to seating them that the air conditioning is out of service.

Wow! 4th Marvelous time here! This time a very last minute gathering with 26 people ! Manager Willie & Shawnese were incredible ! So incredibly welcoming & efficient! Helped us celebrate my nieces pre- wedding family gathering ! We felt so special ! The food is always so fresh !!! Great menu & prices ! Thanks !!

The service was incredible. It was my server Olivia’s first day and she did amazing. The whole wait staff was so supportive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great Mexican food. The cocktails and frozen drinks were also top notch.

The food and service was great the evening I came. However when leaving, I accidentally left my purse on the back of my chair. I realized it and called the next day. I live in Pensacola so I asked if my mom could pick it up for me. The manager, Willie, said he lives in Pensacola and offered to bring it to me. And he did! I have never experienced a restaurant that would go the extra mile (miles really!) just to help a customer. You have a customer for life now and I'll surely send others your way too. Thanks for caring and for your wonderful employees!

Cactus Cantina in Fairhope was warm and welcoming. The manager and staff were very polite and attentive. Food was awesome. Atmosphere was great. Restaurant was clean indoors and outdoors. Sorry, I was too busy enjoying my meal to take pics.

$81.89 for Mexican TAKEOUT. Chips & queso, 2 cheese quesadillas, 3 soft tacos and a burrito. NO ALCOHOL. And, our order was wrong. Agave is MUCH better.

Just the worst place in Fairhope for getting an order right! I have gotten take out 3 times, asked for, and paid for, extra tortilla. They NEVER put them in the bag. Be careful ordering anything from here. Just aweful..

Cactus Cantina of Fairhope is the BEST! The food is always amazing, the employees are so friendly, and it is a great atmosphere. They are so quick, easy, and accurate with their To Go orders. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area as well. This is by far the best location- don’t waste your time or money at the Foley restaurant!
