It's been a few months since I had been to the firehouse subs , since then apparently the salads have resized about 1/2 of what they were ,when asked about it i was told down sized . But of course the price is the same. Open entering the store it was apparent something was burned smoke would irritate your eyes , possibly the ventilation was not working. In short I will not be back to this store .

We love firehouse subs But, I have to complain ..Im not usually a complainer But, for 35 dollars it's annoying that they always get my order wrong! I can physically go in and order it to make sure they get it right and sometimes they still dont get it right.... Im not picky at all But, even when I call my order in, they get my order wrong. They don't listen even after I've repeated it 3 times . I have to make them repeat it back to me and they still get it wrong. Please get this right? I get sick of ordering and having to repeat my order over and over again and they still seem to get it wrong. I ask for wheat i get my sub, It's white bread!!! I always want it toasted and it's not toasted and they say they toast all their subs. And everytime I get a bag of chips they are smashed and under half way full. I know some of this sounds petty but when u are paying for a custom order and get it home and it's all wrong it's annoying. Please Get it right?

We love Firehouse, but… Walking in to an unclean environment, dancing workers, guests who clearly were friends of an employee being loud and obnoxious, we changed our minds on dining in and decided to get it To Go, also backed up on our drinks and got bottled instead because of the nastiness of the drink station. There were too many workers there for the unclean environment. Employees were nice but not doing their jobs. Honestly we should have just left.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to overpay for a sad, lifeless sandwich while being yelled at like a delinquent recruit in boot camp, look no further than Firehouse Subs.
For the premium price, I was expecting a hearty, well-balanced sub. Instead, I received a limp, soggy pile of lettuce vaguely resting on a whisper of meat, as if the deli slicer had simply waved at the bread instead of doing its job. The flavors were as uninspired as the sandwich construction—somewhere between “cardboard” and “regret.”
The real experience, however, comes when you attempt to pick up your order. If you enjoy being loudly scolded for standing in the wrong place—despite zero clear signage—then congratulations, you
