Not only is the staff absolutely amazing atthe Fairhope Alabama Greeno Road location , the sandwiches are phenomenal. I just tried Firehouse for the 1st time in 2024 and If I could afford it, I would eat a Italian everyday!

We love firehouse subs But, I have to complain ..Im not usually a complainer But, for 35 dollars it's annoying that they always get my order wrong! I can physically go in and order it to make sure they get it right and sometimes they still dont get it right.... Im not picky at all But, even when I call my order in, they get my order wrong. They don't listen even after I've repeated it 3 times . I have to make them repeat it back to me and they still get it wrong....
