Every single time I go, I show up 10 minutes after they say the food is ready on the app and they STILL make me wait even longer. This is the worst pickup experience I’ve ever had and it’s happened multiple times. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Great place to get a cheeseburger with minimal wait time. Recommend small fry only for two adults. And if you haven’t tried the peanut butter milkshake…..Just do it!!

Terrible concept. Online orders only for the drive-thru that's empty what does that tell you maybe you want to change your ways and do a menu outside so people that are driving by can actually try your product for the first time. Guess that doesn't matter. I won't be back

Five Guys is a great burger, plus it’s a fast food burger experience without the junk that keeps people from going to large chain fast food (you know who I’m talking about!). Food is very good, service is friendly and professional, place is very clean. Today it felt like the A/C was not working but let’s hope that was an anomaly. The only thing here is… it’s expensive. “Little” cheeseburger, small fry and regular drink: $20. Whew! I guess that’s the world we live in but, again, it is very good food. Give it a try.
