Such a nice throw back to a place where one can enjoy conversation; hum along to great “Rat Pack” music lightly playing in the background; heaping amounts of food; lots of smiles from families of all types; and our server Russ was professional and personal - a perfect combination for a couple of 30+ years wanting to simply be together for a couple of hours…God bless Gambino’s for they are a blessing to Fairhope and to the world.

The chef here made the absolutely baffling error of serving the Steak Oscar on a hot cast iron skillet. So of course the hollandaise sauce becomes scrambled eggs. For steak and scrambled eggs, I have to say it was tasty.Definitely get the meatballs appetizer. Top notch marina sauce and very tender meatballs.

A group of 6 went on Sunday night April 21, 2024, we sat on the patio to see Gretsch Lyles and the Mordern Eldoradoes. Our wonderful waitress Amanda took excellent care of us. She didn’t rush us to order but stayed attentive to our needs. When we did order the food came out and was out of this world great! The whole night, wonderful friends, great music, great atmosphere, excellent food and service by Amanda made for a great night. Thank you all!

Our waiter was Mario and he was amazing and the food is absolutely delicious from salad to bread to the chicken piccata or beef ravioli!! Highly recommend. For fun set in the old piano bar, very nostalgic, great music

The quality of the food is embarrassing, The meatballs were frozen previously and were cold inside. The fries and calamari were terrible. Hard to believe they can serve such a low quality food like this, called:(Italian Restaurant) it was a joke! Won't be back!

Gambino's Italian Grill was a delightful find in Fairhope, AL. Our server, Mario, was friendly, fun and attentive. He answered our numerous queries with menu knowledge and suggestions. The menu has lots of options and our food was delicious.Parking: the lot across the street has plenty of parking although it stays fairly full at dinner time
