I have been coming to Fairhope Honey Baked Ham for over eight years and the experience is always timely, friendly, and inviting. The food is great and the staff are professional and on the ball. Nothing beats a honey baked ham!!

Absolutely terrible experience at the Honey Baked Ham location in Fairhope, Alabama during Easter pickup. The entire operation was disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely rude.
We ordered and paid for two hams for Easter, yet when we arrived we were accused of not paying for them in front of other customers. This was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. When we tried to calmly address the issue with the manager, she was short, dismissive, and showed no concern whatsoever for the mistake or how we were being treated.
There was no apology and no effort to make the situation right. A simple verification of the order and a professional response could have easily resolved the situation, but instead we were treated with complete disrespect.
This is not how customers should be treated, especially during a major holiday. I sincerely hope corporate management takes a serious look at how customers are treated at this Fairhope, Alabama location.

Just picked up a $111 1/2 ham and some frozen side dishes for Easter tomorrow. The ham is much too dry, but glad I tried it out so there’s time to turn it into ham sandwiches for tomorrow. At this price, it’s disappointing to receive dried out and fairly bland, ham.

We were at Mardi Gras. Needed an unwind place before the festivities. Very nice lady running it. Loved my soup.

Everything is always great from here. I did an online meal order for the holidays, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They had samples of different items to try which was really cool. I will definitely order from one of those samples (pumpkin pie) it was delicious!
Staff is always friendly and they get your orders quickly.

Honey Baked Ham in Fairhope, Alabama, is a dependable spot for quality sandwiches, hearty lunches, and, of course, their famous glazed hams. Known nationwide for their signature sweet and savory spiral-cut ham, this location upholds that same high standard while providing friendly, small-town service. The shop is clean, welcoming, and perfect for both a quick meal or picking up food for family gatherings and holidays.

Had an order catered from honey baked ham and it was incorrect , in the moment I only wanted to provide feedback but I did not appreciate having the employee to argue with me. If as a customer I am saying we only have ham sandwhiches but the boxes show turkey , I don’t understand what she was trying to accomplish by telling me she made the sandwiches so there should be turkey.

Maybe they got packaged wrong , maybe the boxes were labeled wrong or I’m not sure. A simple hey I’m sorry would have been enough but they were so rude.

Will never cater from here again .

I ordered a large ham for Thanksgiving. We served it the way they recommended. It was over a 100.00 and tasted a little sour. I left a message in the email they sent me, and they asked if I would like a refund. I never received a refund or an apology for selling me a bad ham. I will never buy from Honey Baked Ham again. These people DO NOT care about their patrons. For Christmas I got a honey ham from Publix that was much cheaper and had a better taste.
