Phenomenal pizza. Other family had the pasta with alfredo sauce which was go e before the pizza was half gone. Wife had baked cheese pasta with meat sauce. It was really good too. Recommend this place, best dining visit of our week so far.

We had a small birthday party in one of the private rooms. We had 2 waitresses that tired very hard to make our "party" nice. There was a VERY limited menu, the food was delivered at various times...one person received their food when everyone was finished. My husband and I ordered a pizza that was prepared incorrectly....but we were not offered a replacement. This, sadly, is not a place I would recommend unless there are LOTS of changes in the near future.

This place was so much better when it was Pinzone's. We made an online reservation for 7pm but the hostess couldn't find our reservation so we waited. The theme of the night was “we waitedâ€. By 8:30, we were still waiting for our food. Several other tables who were sat at the same time as us or later ordered, ate their meals, and paid their bills before we even got our food. I ordered the $18 Seafood Stuffed Ravioli which was 5 pieces of ravioli with zero seafood. The bathroom had no soap or toilet paper. There are so many other great places to eat in Fairhope. I am so upset we recommended this to our friends who had one night in Fairhope and had a really poor experience. We should have walked out. Instead we were stuck with a large bill (that included 20% gratuity) for what was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.

Apparently reservations for an inside table mean nothing here. We reserved the table far in advance and it was still screwed up. Enjoy!

The first time I ate here, it was pretty great. The second time? Not so much. I sat at my table for 10 straight minutes (waitress passed me twice without a word) before I was attended to. Mind you, there were only two other people eating there so there really wasn't a reason to ignore me. I didn't feel hyped about paying $21 for slightly undercooked Alfredo either; but I didn't want to pitch a fit. I'm not one of those people who sends it back to the kitchen just because I'm entitled to. While some of the noodles in the dish weren't to die for, the meal was edible and I had leftovers, which I ate for lunch the next day. Although my experience didn't taste the same as the time before, I'm still giving it 3 stars because the customer service (once someone bothered to ask what I wanted to drink) was exceptional. I'd say that if you wanna eat here, dinner is gonna be your best option. That seems to be when the chef is on his/her A game - probably hit or miss for lunch though.

We drove over an hour away to come eat here because we loved the food last year, and arrived at 11 am on a Tuesday to a dark empty restaurant. Everything online, including their own website said they would be open at 11 am on Tuesday and clearly they are not open. We are completely upset and wasted over two hours of driving because of their irresponsible updating it sounds like. Not happy at all

Out of lemon...butter...ordered chicken marsala...mentioned to waitress doesn't this come with vegetables....I was told we don't have any so we gave you potatoes ....really.... ..also received many strange looks...why??....but will give benefit of the doubt.....will not return....

Skip it. We ordered mussels as an appetizer and over half of the order weren't opened. On top of that the broth was bland and the dish just lacked any flavor. When we brought it up to the server she offered to bring us more mussels, but we didn't want them. That item really should have. been comped from the order. I ordered the shrimp and bacon Alfredo and although it was delicious there were NO SHRIMP on the plate. At all. None. When I brought it up some were brought out to me but they were completely overcooked. I felt bad leaving them off of the plate after asking for them.

I live in a Orange Beach and I don't mind the drive to this restaurant and It's my favorite Italian place. Tonight, Dakota was our waitress and she was fantastic. Highly recommend Italian Downtown.
