There is no more hot and ready because the last 3 times I've come I've had to wait for them to make it. Also this last time took 30 minutes! This place is ridiculous now. Never coming back and very dirty place. Hair in food and rude staff.

I did not like the service at all.1st off I didn't like the fact a young girl talking over my pizza amd laughing and joking playing in the back. I noticed the pan they got my pizza was under a dirty iron metal stan. It was old flower on it and they picked four of my pizzas with. That's one I don't like is playing over my food im buying. The black girl with braids was very rude and what she had on I would have sent her home. That is not a club having shorts up her butt to look fancy. I told my husband once i got in the car im never coming back again. Next time the servers should wear masks talking over pizza. It was very unsanitary and this makes me want to call OSHA

I was wondering if their phones were working or not, given I called several times to place an order on more than on occasion and the never answer it. Tonight while I was in there for 15 mins waiting (after I already left for 10 mins to the store and back) the phone rang several times while there were employees that definitely could have answered it one literally standing right next to the phone not doing anything. And they pay it no attention. I just wasted almost an hour for pizza when I could have just called it in. Because they never have any hot and readys either.

I placed a large order online for delivery. They apparently use doordash. I received a text that our order was delivered, but never got my order. It was never delivered to my house! Immediately called the number and I have been getting the run around about a refund.

I like this location because they have the portal which makes it easy to order and pickup. My food was fresh and tasted amazing. The timing on the app was pretty accurate eventhough I got there a little early. I have never been disappointed at this Fairhope location.
