Ordered the two cheeseburgers combo. Neither cheeseburger had hamburger Patties. My Oreo McFlurry was not mixed, just had the Oreo crumble on top.
Horrible service watched 27 cars go through drive though. I order the 3.49$ McDouble bundle. Added bacon. The trans gender man screwed my entire order up. People that ordered Aftwr i did got there food and where long gone. I spent 42 minutes getting a burger and small fry. Order was completely wrong. Then the transgender “it” thingy person got an attitude. When i said my burger was missing the 2 half strips of bacon that i paid 2.50$ extra for!!! I GIEV THIS OLACE ZERO STARS!!...read full review
Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal from Rdale McDonald’s last night and got home and started handing out food and opened a chicken nugget box full of melted cheese, mustard, and onions 🤢 there’s a difference in forgetting to add or omit something to an order, but there’s absolutely no excuse for this.

The restaurant has a very sweet older gentleman at the front desk who is kind and energetic, making customers feel welcome. However, the service at the drive-thru can be less helpful. Some customers have had to have their orders fixed, and at times, items ordered are out of stock. The new McDonald's sometimes only allows ordering by kiosk. One customer received their food within 3 minutes of checking in for curbside pickup, and the person who brought the food wanted to be sure the iced coffee was to their liking. This McDonald's has been described as the best, with perfect food and a cool guy who served them.
