McDonald's in Daphne offers a standard fast-food experience with friendly service and attention to cleanliness. The food is prepared correctly and served quickly, with a short wait time. The restaurant has a very sweet older gentleman at the front desk who is kind and energetic, making customers feel welcome. However, the service at the drive-thru can be less helpful. Some customers have had to have their orders fixed, and at times, items ordered are out of stock. The new McDonald's sometimes only allows ordering by kiosk. One customer received their food within 3 minutes of checking in for curbside pickup, and the person who brought the food wanted to be sure the iced coffee was to their liking. This McDonald's has been described as the best, with perfect food and a cool guy who served them.
