The food was good after having to have them fix my order again. I even placed the order on the App and they still didn't get it right. But they fixed it and it was good.

They took 10 minutes to take my order. Rushed me when I was ordering as well. And when I got home to eat my food the fries were burnt and half empty. And as I was about to eat their pies , I look at the label and it expired at 2:44pm and it’s currently 9:39pm. This store needs better employees and management. I’ve never been the kind to leave a negative review but this was just a 0/10 experience. I work fast food so I know the expectations and they were not met here unfortunately.

I hate the direction these new remodels are going to. There's no drink machine and barely any condiments in the dining area. That makes people have to wait in line for refills etc. There's barely enough staff to handle the regular orders let alone doing anything else.

Walked inside this place and saw a worker eating by the grill. Got my order that was disgusting- tasted like 2 days under the heat lamp. Not edible!!

They want you to order you own food and do their job when you go in, and in the drive through they always ask you to pull ahead without your food. Not playing your game mclazy.

Waiting in drive for 20 minutes at outside menu board. Not even once did they try take order. Only took order on other line. At least ten cars in each line. Heard lady on other tell customer they have wait when that line order was only taken every 5 minutes. And yes of course I drove off after 20 minutes. So yes service sucks. Guess I see now why several people says they will never go back to McDonald’s in fairhope.

The new McDonald's leaves a bit to be desired. You can only order by kiosk and then they're out of something you ordered. They gave me something else but I didn't really want anything else and the food was barley warm. If you want soft serve ice cream go to Jeremiah's.
