I don’t know what they did to turn it around because the last time I came in totally sucked. Today my order was the freshest I’ve ever had McDonald’s like I felt like I was a five year-old again! The associate warn me that the fries were hot, but let me tell you everything was so fresh and delicious! I’ll usually settle for a lot less this was just astounding customer service so bravo Zulu to the team tonight

The new McDonald's leaves a bit to be desired. You can only order by kiosk and then they're out of something you ordered. They gave me something else but I didn't really want anything else and the food was barley warm.

I placed a mobile order in the app and received my food within 3 minutes of checking in for curbside pickup. The woman who brought my food wanted to be sure my iced coffee was to my liking before she walked away. I appreciate that level of customer care.
