We have used Nini Square to cater for a party at our house. Everyone loved the different kind of pizzas. They even made a special requested pizza for us and it was amazing. We ordered delivery to The Grand Hotel using DoorDash; Two pizzas and rosemary bread. Only one arrived. I called and got Rachel , whom I think is an owner. She was super apologetic, accepted responsibility, made us another one, and personally delivered it. Then, refunded us because “we hate when we make mistakes”. I’m an executive coach. This folks, is what being an accountable, professional and committed owner/CEO is all about. I’m from out of town, and I guarantee you, I’ll be back. Please support this local business!!!
