Today was my first time ever going there and I assure you it won't be my last! Food was fantastic, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was captivating. I highly recommend Bill-E's.

The service was slow and for the amount you pay you get so little two extra dollars for a hamburger issue 16 french fries.

Very good burgers, excellent fries, good pulled pork and a neat place to hang. Comeback sauce should be required on their burgers. They make their own bacon which some of the local markets sell, such as Piggly Wiggly

First time here and the only issue my family and I had was there was no lettuce and tomatoe on either of our burgers, my husband did say his burger didn't have the stuff according to the menu's description didn't match up to what he actually got, and the atmosphere was noisy but it's a good restaurant and they do get kinda noisy.

This evening, I stumbled into Bill-E’s as if following the scent trail of destiny itself. The evening air was heavy with bacon’s promise, and what awaited me was no mere burger, but a myth made manifest. The cheeseburger arrived like a crown jewel, its bacon crisp as thunder, its patty rich as molten earth, its cheese flowing like sunlight caught in silk. One bite and the world fell away. Time paused. Angels may sing in choirs, but here they hum in hickory smoke. I devoured it as a knight might his final feast, with reverence, wonder, and the faint fear I might never taste its equal again. When I rose to leave, I swore a vow: to return, to sing its praises, to let all hungry travelers know that Bill-E’s is not just a restaurant but a legend disguised as one.

Great hamburgers. Service was slow. Waitress was distracted and slow to come around. The place was empty, only 3 other groups, so not sure why she was so slow.

Billie’s Wagyu burger….. really? I lived in Fairhope most of my 44 years. I’ve been to multiple countries and enjoy excellent cuisine but this is sad. It was supposed to be medium rare burger with all the trimmings. But this is what goes for a $16.00 these days . Where it’s the rest off the patty. My wife and I both asked for ranch with the chips and we didn’t even get ketchup.
