We’re here visiting from Texas and what a horrible experience. We placed our order at 7:55 for pick up. It said it would be ready in 14min. It’s 8:36 and we just left with our order. I can’t say I’ll be eating it! When we arrived we were told stuff got stuck in the oven and our order was inside so they had to remake it. We waited over 30min. When they tried to give us our 2 orders of wings, we noticed they had grabbed containers that had been sitting there ( not in the warmer

I usually don’t have any issues with this store. However, today was an exception I suppose. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza & cheese sticks. I ordered for delivery at 12:18 pm CST. It was 2:00 when I decided I should give the store a call because I still had not received my order. The lady on the phone said it shows he delivered it an hour ago. Obviously I had not received it, and checked the front door just in case (contactless delivery) but nothing was there. She placed me on hold and contacted the driver. Apparently the driver physically handed the order to some “lady standing at the door” around 1:30 or so. I told the manager I had not received my order & that no one in my household has either. She refunded the money. Next time, I’ll order from Marcos. Very disappointed. Especially since this store is familiar with my area and location. ?

Omg! This was an awful experience, we ordered delivery due to the rainy weather and when our order arrived, not only did they try to say my payment hadn't went through, but I pulled up my bank account and showed the delivery person, my payment indeed went through. Me and my grandsons get the order inside and the pizza is very undercooked and the breadsticks would make great taffy and the wings were cold. For $29 and some change, not to mention tipping the sweet delivery person, this experience has sucked! I called this Fairhope location and the girl said they can give me a partial, meaning half refund! I told her that was ridiculous, given that the food wasn't edible and that we would never use them again!

Fairhope pizza hut is amazing. On time as always and super yummy. My toddler loves only pizza hut. He turned 3 today cant have a party and so he said he wanted pizza hut. They showed up with a smile and it truly made his birthday special. With this virus going on and cant do much it made my now 3 year old very very happy. Thank you so much

Pizza hut is great!! I come with my friends for the lunch special..under $5 if you get a drink. They have so many types of pizza, all cut for you, and piping hot. Lots of stringy mozzarella, mmmmmmmm! Delicious! Buffalo chicken pizza, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese, wow, too many to count. Try them all. And bring your whole family, kids welcome! I'm leaving now..see you there!

Nice employees, fresh buffet, good Pepsi, all around a nice pizza chain in Fairhope! Go eat lunch! Only 5.99 + drink!
Good place to eat, we love the inexpensive "all you can eat lunch buffet", fair staff keep buffet line assorted with hot pizzas, pasta, bread sticks, etc. Salad bar and fountain drinks with refills are also a good complement to a full meal. The building is old and updated, only 1person restroom for each genre. Pizza Hut is really getting behind with chain renovations.
