Ordered a pizza tonight for takeout. No only was the pizza made perfectly, but had one of the best customer service experience that I’ve had in a long time. Sally took my phone order and helped me at the counter. She was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Pizza Hut should be proud to have her as an employee. Always excellent service. Ordered a pizza and wings and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. It has been over an hours with no delivery and no phone call. We have tried to call but no one picks up. Why have delivery if they don’t deliver. I hope they go out of business.
There were two pieces of sausage that had clearly been purposefully hidden on my vegetarian pizza. Not to mention I ordered it vegan (just minus cheese, it's not that bad) and they put hardly any sauce so it was incredibly dry.Would not recommend eating here to anybody of any diet. Don't mess with people's food.
