Desserts like tres leches, flan, gelato, and the espresso martini are also exquisite, and the bread service is life-changing. The wine list features mostly Spanish wines. This restaurant is exactly what Baldwin County needed: a world-class culinary experience right in our backyard. Chef Orlando is one of the most talented and passionate chefs. His creativity and attention to detail come through in every dish. The staff were attentive and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The artichoke hearts, the gnocchi with mushrooms, and the tiramisu were outstanding. Each dish was memorable and beautifully prepared. This is a new favorite choice for fine dining.
