We had a fantastic evening at Plane and Level. Each dish was outstanding. My favorites were the artichoke hearts, the gnocchi with mushrooms, and the tiramisu. My girlfriend and I were smiling with joy after every bite; each dish was memorable and beautifully prepared.
The staff were attentive and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
This is my new favorite choice for fine dining.

This restaurant is exactly what Baldwin County needed: a world-class culinary experience right in our backyard. Chef Orlando is one of the most talented and passionate chefs I've had the pleasure of meeting. His creativity and attention to detail come through in every dish, and you can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. It’s also a nice personal touch that he makes the effort to greet each table—it really sets the tone for the hospitality here. The service is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and every visit feels like a special occasion. As a foodie who’s always on the hunt for the best bites, Plane & Level delivers time and time again. Highly recommend!

From the moment we sat down, Josepha made us feel like VIPs — attentive, knowledgeable, and full of good vibes. 🌟 We started with the killer bread service (EVOO, crushed garlic & sea salt... life-changing), followed by a seasonal fig appetizer with soft goat cheese and balsamic — basically summer on a plate. 💫 Every dish was crafted with care, every sip and bite hit the spot. The food was an elevated Italian dish that restaurant. We shared beef carpaccio- which was very good - definitely enough to share between two people. My husband had the veal chop - it was a large portion. I had the blue crab ravioli. It was a perfect portion- it had a touch of lemon in the sauce and made it very light tasting. Dessert was great. The service was very good. The waitress was attentive.

This was the perfect birthday dinner! Eric was wonderful and had great recommendations! The octopus and tuna were phenomenal! The wagyu was cooked to perfection. The espresso martini was a perfect end to our experience!

Much, much better experience here than last time in January. Has changed to all-Italian menu but high class Italian that was very good, not your American-Italian typical spaghetti and meatballs fare. Artichoke salad special was outstanding.
We loved the Spanish tapas style restaurant and were concerned with the menu change; but, it was great. The artichoke salad special was very good. The pasta Vongole was also great. We eat here at least a once every time we're in town.

Such a wonderful dinner. I had the price fixed Italian meal. The gnocchi was divine. The service was on point and the dessert was divine! Espresso coffee poured into the center of fresh ice cream that was in a glass coated with delicious and creamy, cool chocolate, coated with nuts. I'm going to dream about it.
