The Moctails are great, as well as their full menu, get the Provision Mule. Chris was a great bartender and great to talk to, really connected talking about our children and fatherhood.
Donāt miss this place, you donāt know what you are missing!

Not great and really terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items 1- for dine in Harvest bowl 1- Asian chicken crunch salad TOGO
I asked specifically when I ordered if I needed to order separately and she said no Iāll take care of it. I said ok and ordered. She handed me my linen wrapped utensils and my gold #16 and walked to the green tables outside to sit in the sun.
After a while a lady comes out to my table with out saying anything to me and sets a brown bag on my table and walks back inside so I assume itās the Togo salad so I got up and put it in my car. As I turn around there was a young man that came and removed my silverware and my number. I follow him inside and politely told him I was waiting for my harvest bowl to eat outside. He said they are both Togo ā¦ I said no they are not ā¦ he tried and said that was what the ticket said. No that is NOT what it saidā¦. So I looked in my bag to find a tiny lil square Togo container that they said was my harvest bowlā¦. I asked again is this the same size of dish you serve in the restaurant because it was very tiny for $14.50 ā¦ the young man spouts off to me and said I donāt make the prices and thatās what your ordered. (See pictures)
Rude customer service not once did anyone ask to make it again or ask if I still wanted to dine in (which I actually needed to to catch up some emails)
So I proceeded to drive away unhappy with a dish that was not great ā¦
Just not a great experience that could have been handled completely different with some better customer service.

I walked into Provision yesterday to buy a gift. Hot sauce. It was hopping! There was a bachelorette group on a scavenger hunt, families with kids buying bakery treats, young business professionals with laptops and coffee, and friends having drinks at the bar! It truly is Fairhopeās Living Room!
