All the employees are nice and knowledgeable. They answer any questions you have with compassion. I’ve never gotten a drink there that I didn’t like and I usually get something different every time I go.

We love to try different coffee shops around town and POTF is our absolute favorite! They are always so fast, especially if you order online for pickup ahead of time, friendly, and the coffee tastes amazing! Highly recommend! ☕️

Not great and really terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items 1- for dine in Harvest bowl 1- Asian chicken crunch salad TOGO
I asked specifically when I ordered if I needed to order separately and she said no I’ll take care of it. I said ok and ordered. She handed me my linen wrapped utensils and my gold #16 and walked to the green tables outside to sit in the sun.
After a while a lady comes out to my table with out saying anything to me and sets a brown bag on my table and walks back inside so I assume it’s the Togo salad so I got up and put it in my car. As I turn around there was a young man that came and removed my silverware and my number. I follow him inside and politely told him I was waiting for my harvest bowl to eat outside. He said they are both Togo … I said no they are not … he tried and said that was what the ticket said. No that is NOT what it said…. So I looked in my bag to find a tiny lil square Togo container that they said was my harvest bowl…. I asked again is this the same size of dish you serve in the restaurant because it was very tiny for $14.50 … the young man spouts off to me and said I don’t make the prices and that’s what your ordered. (See pictures)
Rude customer service not once did anyone ask to make it again or ask if I still wanted to dine in (which I actually needed to to catch up some emails)
So I proceeded to drive away unhappy with a dish that was not great …
Just not a great experience that could have been handled completely different with some better customer service.

BEST coffee in the area. Fun and creative drinks that change seasonally. Friendly employees. The food items I have tried were fresh and delicious. The only thing that would make it better is if it was on my work route in the mornings so I could go more often!
