We had a meal for two here today and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The wait staff was so knowledgeable of their wine selection, and recommended a great white wine. The atmosphere was perfect for our quiet, intimate occasion. Then came the food. We had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, taste was on point! But I also highly recommend the walnut pimiento cheese. We finished with an exquisite strawberry dessert. This will be a regular treat for our date night going forward. R Bistro thank you for this wonderful memory!

Have been to R Bistro several times for lunch, but this was the first time for dinner. The meal was incredible. The ambiance, soft, dim lighting with just the right noise level to enjoy your meal. It's a romantic date spot, but I also saw several large parties having an enjoyable time. I had the French onion soup for the first course and it was one of the best I've ever had. Cheesy, brothy, goodness. Then I had the chicken thighs with potatoes and carrots. Mouthwatering and tender. Service was excellent. Look forward to returning soon.

Food was excellent but service was very slow - waited over an hour for our food. Our server did a great job & we knew the wait wasn't his fault. Have been there before but never have had to wait this long for our food.
