Coffee so delicious you needn't mask the flavor with sugar at all. Just enjoy the incredible flavor! The presentation is beautiful, and I'm always met with a friendly smile from the barista.

You’ll find fast, friendly, expert baristas at both locations. The defender espresso roast is phenomenal but I also enjoy their drip coffees.

My wife and I each had a cortado. Great flavor and presentation. Nice quality espresso at a beautiful location like Fairhope

Amazing cortado. The espresso shot is smooth, velvety, and chocolatety.

Came here a couple times- beautiful coffee presentation but watery iced lattes and the espresso is often overly sour and underextracted.

I had the Cortado and it was quite good and smooth. My wife had their Orange Vanilla Decaf Cappuccino and it was the perfect amount of flavor without it being too sweet!

Would definitely come back when we are back in town.

Madison Smith (Fredrick the Boneless)

For even Fredrick the Boneless needs a pick of the up every now and then. For I go to the Alabama of Coastal, and when I telith thee this is the best bean juice in all the square, TIS!! The stunning gentleman helped me with all my riddles about the menu, and my knights and I had a lavender Latte, after all, purple is the color for kings. And oh boy, it tasted like silk and dragon milk! Huzzah!! Arnold, my knight of the day, asked for a chai tea, t'was good, but there was sand at the bottom. My knights and I shall return to make that fabulous fellow one of my knights. And he shall be knight of the day everyday, sorry Arnold.

The best pour overs in the area. A little limited on seating but worth it for the great coffee and atmosphere.
