Always closing before the time they are supposed to.
I visited the Greeno Road location mid-afternoon on July 18 and was never able to order in the drive-thru. Although the cars in front of me apparently were able to successfully order, I never got any response to my repeated "hellos" at the speaker stand. I waited and waited and waited. FINALLY, I drove off to the nearest restaurant with a drive-thru and ordered there. I'm hoping this was an equipment failure and not because Sonic has devolved to hiring surly McDonald's-type...read full review
Hard bread, dry microwaved 'meat' patty.. at one time Sonic had pretty good burgers. Not anymore.

Orders are always correct and efficient, but a manager was unprofessional, chastising an employee in front of customers. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a reliable, if not exceptional, dining experience.
