Terrible service I guess they must be short staffed I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes now I couldn’t order food because either the box isn’t working or they just weren’t answering me I’m hoping to order at the window and two employees are smoking weed in the parking lot do better

Just got home with my double smash burger combo. The burger patties were burnt BLACK. I had to throw the whole thing in the garbage,inedible. Who ever cooked that thing knew that when they assembled the burger. That was my first and last time eating at Sonic in Fairhope Alabama.

The food was good.People were great, but the prices are still a little too high.
No signage at all indicating they are drive thru only. They just let you sit at the stall until you just get frustrated and leave.

I just wanted to take a minute to give credit where it is deserved. A few days ago I stopped and grabbed dinner for my family, the food was not very tasty. I spoke to the GM and he advised me that he was sorry that we were not satisfied and for me to save the receipt and come back when I was ready for the meal to be replaced at no charge. I was told to just ask to speak with a manager and it would be taken care of. I went today to get the meal replacement, the manager on duty, was super polite and was quite professional. He got the food cooked fresh and very tasty!! It's nice to see the progress the store has made since the new manager took over!! Thanks again!!

Today was the second time I visited this Sonic location and will be the last. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery and the bun was over toasted. Tater tots were fine. No maraschino cherry(ies) in the cherry limeade. No napkins or starlight mint again either. I always tip and wish I hadn’t.

Food was on par with sonic however we were in drive through for about 45 min but the guy running the window was an amazing employee clearly stressed with the influx or orders but handling it like a beast i’m not one to complain about wait times because i understand stuff happens but it was a while and id just like to applaud the employee at the window for his excellent service
Kinda run down. The food was extra greasy and had no straws. It seems to be a trend where even at a decent wage you get the bottom of the barrel.

20 minutes to get two burgers, two dogs, and potatoes. Burgers and dogs sat out waiting for potatoes. No acknowledgement that order was taking inordinate amount of time. I was only person in line when I ordered. Manager rude. Food cold when I got home. Inefficient and poor attitude.

Bailey (the guy with glasses) is always amazing!!! Our orders are always correct and he is efficient. His manager was chastising him(in front of us) concerning another customer that was ahead of us!! She was so unprofessional!!
