Lunch rush .. doordash order ... 21 minutes ... at 15 min, the guy said the order was ready and just needed to be bagged, and then 7 minutes after that, it came out. Bad for me bad for the customer.

Sonic used to be magical. I remember pulling up to full stalls in highschool after a football game. I remember music blaring over outside speakers. I remember the server would come skating over with fresh mozzarella sticks that would burn your mouth. I remember stealing my soon-to-be car at 15 years old just to have those fresh mozzarella sticks at 2 am. I remember moving away from Fairhope and bragging that our sonic was the best. Now, it is drive through only. Now, the parking lot feels lonely without the high school heathens. Now, there are no skates. Now, there is only silence. Now, the mozzarella sticks come cold. Now, they close at 11 pm. Now, they say " we don't make that anymore" instead of just putting ice cream in an orange slushy AFTER YOU ASK FOR AN ORANGE DREAMSCICLE

How do you not have an ice cream machine at this location. I am here for the 2nd time in a 9 mth period and I am highly disappointed to be getting advertising for the red velvet cake batter shake and not even be able to get it from my local sonic. I use to work at sonic my first job and I don't know how this location is still going with our the ice cream.

This place sucks! By far the worst sonic in America. Just go to the 5guys right next door if you actually want to get food. Hopefully when the McDonald's in fairhope reopens they close this sonic.
It's always the same damn excuse with this place saying "we have no staff". If that's the case just lock the doors and bulldozer the building

The young lady that took my order and my husband’s order. Got it wrong the first time, probably was distracted by her combative manager. The manager was being rude and sarcastic with the customer before us. They were yelling and cussing. The tots we got were raw barely fried, and the cheese sticks cold in the middle or old. I never usually care this much about minor things wrong with my order because I’ve worked in the food industry before and understand it’s annoying at times. But this was simply not doing your job you are paid to do. Mind you it wasn’t even busy. Our orders weren’t complicated. I used to love going to sonic but how is it that Fairhope’s sonic is the worst I have ever been to. The manager needs a major attitude adjustment.
