I just wanted to take a minute to give credit where it is deserved. A few days ago I stopped and grabbed dinner for my family, the food was not very tasty. I spoke to the GM and he advised me that he was sorry that we were not satisfied and for me to save the receipt and come back when I was ready for the meal to be replaced at no charge. I was told to just ask to speak with a manager and it would be taken care of. I went today to get the meal replacement, the manager on duty,...

Food was on par with sonic however we were in drive through for about 45 min but the guy running the window was an amazing employee clearly stressed with the influx or orders but handling it like a beast i’m not one to complain about wait times because i understand stuff happens but it was a while and id just like to applaud the employee at the window for his excellent service

Bailey (the guy with glasses) is always amazing!!! Our orders are always correct and he is efficient. His manager was chastising him(in front of us) concerning another customer that was ahead of us!! She was so unprofessional!!
