I was totally skipped in line. Won't be back I woukd give less than 1 star if I could.
The food was great. Their cookies are the best. The girl who waited on me was so cheerful and sweet!

I love this subway. They always have fresh food. But their toaster have been broken for over a month now. I'm not pleased with that. I love my sandwiches toasted. If I return next week and it's still not repaired, I'm leaving.

That crew today put love into the sub they made. That beast sub was so good!! Toasted to perfection and they put love into giving the toppings. By far the best I've had so far!! Take a bow ladies!! You deserve it!!
This is hands down the best subway and really the only subway I ever go to. The workers are not only friendly, but efficient as well. I tell every subway hater to try this one and they will change their mind. This the the place you can truly have it “my way”

Sandwich was really small with runny tuna.
There was also a homeless man there which made me very uncomfortable.
Bad experience!

Stood in line 17 minutes, then no tomatoes, few chips no tea. Spent almost entire lunch time in line.Moving slow .. not sure what is going on here.
The last two times I've come here, I've been belittled. The hours say 9, but they closed at 8.

Sadly, as much as I love Subway, this store is horrible to its customers and as the saying goes, it starts at the top. I order on the app quite frequently and although I request the tuna sub toasted, it never comes that way when we get it. Happened again today and I even added the comment in all caps to PLEASE toast the tuna sub (it's my son's favorite). Once again, it comes without being toasted but of course my other son had picked it up and therefore we didn't know until he brought the food home. I call the store and speak with the manager who acknowledges they messed it up AGAIN but refuses to provide a refund unless we drive back out to the store to return the sandwich she admitted they messed up....how does that make ANY sense? Spend more money on gas to come back to the store because the store messed up our order again?? I asked for the manager's first name and a contact for a regional manager/owner but she decided hanging up on me was a better route to take. Again, if the manager behaves this way, what more can you expect from the staff? The irony is that I will be disputing the charge through my credit card because I did not get what I ordered and the manager hung up the phone on me instead of providing further assistance, so I will get my money back and Subway just lost a long-term customer to boot! Hope the owner reaches out to make this right. Will update if that happens, otherwise, Firehouse Subs will be getting our business going forward!

Hands down the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. The only reason it gets a four star right now is because the two staff members who greeted me were not very welcoming, friendly or helpful. It was hard to understand them because they talked so low. Then the manager came out and rung me up, and she is awesome. Always friendly and cheerful, talking to customers and encouraging the workers. She makes this place tick. Food was good, I had the Turkey Titan footlong and chips. The agua fresca drink hoppers were empty, not sure what that was about. The place is clean, service is on time. Definitely recommended for your Subway sandwich or salad craving.
This was the worst subway yet! 1 Turkey and cheese footlong. 1 garden wrap, and a cheese pizza. Not worth the money the pizza was like cardboard, the wrap was disgusting, and the turkey was ok. Just sad.

We went in to subway Fairhope as we do often.I orderd a 6inch Flatbread with chicken it was fine my daughter orderd a footlong Flatbread paid over $21.00 for our food. We went to sit down to eat mine was fine,my daughters Flatbread was so hard you could break it. She went to the register to tell the young man while telling him the lady her was Margit or something to that told my daughter to move away and go to the end of the line she had to take of these people first, there were about 10 people in line so she did as she waited for awhile finally this lady took her sandwich put it on diffrent bread never apologized said nothing to her!!!! My daughter was so.upset she could not even eat we left and will not be back. She may be the manager and training new people, but very poor personality. When training the new ones she talked so.down to them I felt sorry for them. You lost to loyal customers.

Careless! Italian Herbs and Cheese bread had no cheese! Out of capicola which I understand, running out of supply is an common issue. The girl slung my sandwich out of the toaster so haphazardly that the cheese stuck to the paper. I scanned my coupon and it didn't go through, the coupon was for $7.99 including a drink and chips, and she proceeded to throw away my coupon and I got charged the full $12. When I informed her there was an issue she just gave me a "free" drink and chips, which should have been at least $4 less than what I paid. The sandwich was abysmal, it didn't set well on my stomach at all. Nothing went right. I hated my experience here and I will never return. The Subways in Spanish Fort and Daphne are TOP NOTCH, I recommend these instead, they always make my sandwich correctly and always honor the coupon. This dining experience really pissed me off! I recommend that Subway corporate investigate this branch because it is SO SIMPLE TO JUST DO IT RIGHT.
