I have come to this pizzeria for the last couple years every time my family comes on vacation to Fairhope. The food is always great as well as the service. This review isn’t a complaint about the service or the food quality, but the MANAGEMENT. During my visit a COCKROACH FELL FROM THE CEILING five minutes after we sat down on the table, alive. The restaurant staff never came over to handle the ROACH while we requested a manager (who never came to apologize or handle the situation). When the time came to pay for the bill there was ZERO discount for our food when the bill should’ve AT LEAST been 50% off. Again we asked for a MANAGER who never ended up talking to us. Very unprofessional and if anything our waitress was the most professional person in the building and far more respectful than anyone else. We sent the bill back surprised we got no discount on the bill and the restaurant decided to give us a TEN PERCENT discount taking $8 off of our order. We will not be coming back to this restaurant as it is extremely obvious their customer service is not a concern whatsoever especially when roaches are falling from the ceiling.

Bread sticks were off the chart. Pizza was hot with a crispy crust and the marinara sauce was spot on. Wished I'd taken some pictures

Absolutely terrible experience. We didn’t even stay to get food because the service was that bad. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The woman manager had an unbelievably nasty attitude—condescending, dismissive, and clearly irritated by our presence for no reason. We asked a simple question and were met with eye rolls and sarcasm. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how bad the rest of the experience would be. We walked out and won’t ever go back. Steer clear.

Would give more starts but everytime I mean EVERY TIME I MAKE A CALL IN ORDER I have my husband ask inside too for utensils and they always say “it’s in the bag” to find out it’s not and this time my bread was smashed into my manicotti it’s really frustrating trying to get a bite on the go and no way to eat it

So don’t plan on going to Ravenite if you have younger kids under 16 that want to play pool. Usually the food is good even though it’s chaos in there. I was getting quarters and the lady said I don’t think the pool table works and we can’t get into it if you lose your money so I was going to try anyways just so we could have fun while waiting. Then I was told that my 14-year-old was not allowed to play pool with me while we wait. Super disappointing experience. Hopefully the owner will see this and see how it’s silly to put a 16 year old limit on his junky 400$ pool table.
This isn’t a New York style pizzeria. This is a South Alabama take on pizza. They don’t claim to be New York style pizza, never have. Hand made, fresh, established and they know what they’re doing. 25 years running by the same family. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Burnt flour was all over my pizza and I was there only customer and they gave me this Togo... I had high expectations the pizza is loaded down and the slices that were edible were good but half my pizza is covered in this burnt flour dust in the picture .. why give this to your customers ??

Half my buffalo pizza had burnt to a crisp flour dust all over the slices as well as the bottom burnt like hell I couldn't even scrap it off I was not going to walk back down there but I was there only pizza order and they didn't even check it at all I'll say the pizza is loaded down but it's no good because every part of it is covered in burnt flour
