The food was good but that's where the positivity ends. The floor in the kitchen was disgusting and looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days. The restaurant wasn't that busy when I came at 2:30pm, there's no reason why the staff couldn't grab a broom and mop and clean the place up. The ceiling is disgusting here as well, caked in grease and dust. The store needs to be closed for 24 hours and wiped down from top to bottom.
The service wasn't very good either, the girl that waited on us seemed like she didn't want to be there. Will never return to this location and instead go up the road to Daphne where the store is spotless and the service friendly.

It is the cleanest place! Friendly waiters, waitresses. Only I gave 4 stars, I got toast that wasn’t wheat bread I wanted, but breakfast was delicious! Will definitely come back!

Don’t want onions? You’ll get the onions. Wants over medium eggs? Surprised! They’re scrambled! And then when your order is wrong, there is no way to contact the store because all you get is an automated message saying they no longer accept orders over the phone.
If you want better food, drive a little further up the road and go to the one across from Target.

I made it to the door to go inside at the same time as one of the workers who was coming back from a smoke break and she said, "Let me get that door for you ma'am", that was the only positive experience I got when I was there. The second door some man opened it and I said thank you.....he said nothing but when the nice woman who opened the door for me came behind me and said thank you, he said you're welcome ma'am. I know Fairhope is racist but Waffle House in Fairhope has it bad and reminded me in the first place why I stopped going and giving them my money smdh. I sat down and the lady who took care of me had an attitude as if she didn't want to be there. There was no greeting just a is it for here or to go with a blank stare. The cooks touch on everything including themselves and they don't have to wear gloves while handling your food but that's not just Waffle House these days. The food was cooked quickly which was nice but the taste was just ok but my overall experience was not good. There was more that happened during my visit but it's just too much to add. Overall I will NEVER go back to Waffle House to spend money again and if any of my family or friends come to visit I will make sure they don't either because why would I allow them to visit me and take them to a place where the service is not good. Fairhope has a lot of growing to do......I have visited just about every waffle house in Baldwin County and even a few in Mobile and the service was just right.
The service was expeditious. I was happy to get in and back out with no wait. Food cooked to order but the steak was not seasoned at all.
The waitress did make sure to ask about condiments and to make recommendations.
Location and parking lot were both clean. And I have already been back since.

Dallas was super amazing! Our food was fast fresh and great! She recommended we try the apple butter on our biscuits and it was delicious! Absolutely would recommend!
