I put in a mobile order this morning and I usually said I have a pick up order before and this older white lady on the drive thru was so rude to me she said “ I don’t know what that is” then I get to the window I was hoping to ask for jelly because i couldn’t find it on the app and then the same lady she asks me if i want jelly and before i can even say yes that i couldn’t find it on the app and can I have strawberry she already threw grape in the bag and i can’t have grape, I would have been fine with just no jelly if she wanted to act like that so i am very upset she just ignored me and acted like how she treated me was okay

I love Wendeys, but this location sucks. The only thing consistent here is that the food is old, cold, and overcooked. I'm not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but whomever is running, it should be ashamed. I refuse to get lunch here anymore because it is always terrible. If a district manager or owner is reading this, you really need to reevaluate your management style. Like I said, I love Wendys, but this location sucks and is not a one-off thing it consistently sucks, and I am done with Fairhope Wendys.

I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before they closed. They didn't see my order because they were closing. I get there 10 min after 1am. The manager who was by himself didn't give me attitude but smiled and joked with me as he made my order. He is awesome!!!

The staff are always polite and helpful when I'm able to stop by Wendy's in Fairhope. My order was pretty good. I had the Garlic Parmesan Saucy Nuggets meal. They were good but nowlt what I was expecting. My order was warm, but it was not hot as I was expecting it. Definitely enjoyable though.
