Absolutely livid! Was laughed at and joked about by the staff when the coke machine sprayed my shirt with the dye/syrup - “it happens all the time” that’s not funny! No apology, no can I help, no we need to fix it … nothing - just laughing and joking about how it matched the tie dye on the back of my shirt now - that’s not funny - my shirt is ruined and someone else is going to have it happen to them

Fairhope location has gotten so bad. They are never on time for breakfast. I went for breakfast at 7a and was sitting at the drive thru(only one there) waiting to order. Nobody ever came to the speaker. This has happened on varies occasions. Idk who runs this location but they need to get it together

Have found myself at this location many times after trying and failing in McDonald's drive thru across the street. The staff here are usually friendly and most times they are efficient and orders are always accurate. The drive thru here moves relatively quickly and I am overall pleased.

We do not eat fast food very often. However, I take my children as a once in a while treat. The experience here was exceptional. The lady that took our order was so kind and patient. She made sure our order was accurate and to our liking. I didn’t realize the ketchup was available behind us in the pump dispensers. I asked her for the sauce. She just gave us packets rather than directing me to the pumps. The food was very good as well. My son loves spicy food. It’s quite often spicy fast foods aren’t spicy enough for him. Let me tell you, that spicy chicken sandwich will set you a blaze! He had to eat it slowly but he loved it.
Forgot the sauce, food was cold and customer service looked like they were on drugs.

I put in a mobile order this morning and I usually said I have a pick up order before and this older white lady on the drive thru was so rude to me she said “ I don’t know what that is” then I get to the window I was hoping to ask for jelly because i couldn’t find it on the app and then the same lady she asks me if i want jelly and before i can even say yes that i couldn’t find it on the app and can I have strawberry she already threw grape in the bag and i can’t have grape, I would have been fine with just no jelly if she wanted to act like that so i am very upset she just ignored me and acted like how she treated me was okay
