well let's see?!?! 2 big macs WITHOUT lettuce and a Fish sandwich was ordered. Both big macs had lettuce and the fish sandwich was so hard that it was not edible and only had a half a slice of cheese on it. And let's see, what else!?!? How about not being hung up on when you call to complain about it and the girl admitted on the phone that she knew it was the wrong order and let it go out anyway.
