I gave them 2 stars only because I love my hot fudge Sunday. But I drove all the way from Moulton just to have my craving fixed yet it is no way fixed. I turned in the parking lot at 9:43 pm. Sign said open so drive thru I went. But the problem is everything said open, The app ,the window but as I pulled up to wait for someone to ask me what I'd like, they turned the damn lights off & turned off the open sign !! Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mixed experience. While some customers enjoyed their Blizzards, others found the ice cream almost melted. The burgers seemed different from before, with some missing the old patty. The chicken tenders were a bit small for some tastes. Despite these issues, the soft serve was satisfying, and the staff did make an effort, even flipping a Blizzard. However, there were complaints about rude service, with mistakes in orders and lack of politeness at the drive-thru window.
