“My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. I just want to say out of all the restaurants here in Hartselle and from a lot that you see nowadays Hardee's is the best food the best service and we love you guys.“

I told the people at.the front what I thought, you should tell a person when they do something right. It was beyond good, so at least this fast food restaurant is doing it right. “Had my granddaughter with me. She loves playing in the play area they have set up. We had ordered a cheeseburger for her which there wasn't any cheese on it, I brought it to their attention and the kindly, with a smile on their face, gave her a new cheeseburger. The staff was very friendly and helpful.“

“We hit the drive through at 9 am. The kitchen and window was running efficient and we were on the road pretty quickly. The person running the window was really friendly. I ordered hash brown and McMuffin. The hash brown was a little greasy and smelled of old, teetering on the edge of burned oil. (-2stars) The McMuffin was great.“

“We hadn’t had iHop in years, so we decided to go one Saturday. They were relatively busy, but not overly so. What made our experience fantastic was our waitress, Jada. She. Was. Incredible! She made sure our 10-month-old got some food first so we didn’t have to worry about feeding him while we were eating. He kept dropping his teething toy on the floor, so she brought us a cup of warm water to rinse it off each time without us even asking! She was incredibly attentive and just an all around great person! We will definitely be back and it’s all because of Jada.“

“Cookout has remained a fave of ours for years. We were so happy the Decatur location reopened! I get the cheeseburgers, my daughter likes their nuggets and cajun-seasoned fries, and we always get either a Cheerwine float or milkshake.
For staff - some are super friendly and professional; others act like they don't want to be there.
Most importantly, the food never disappoints and it is reasonably priced!“

“We went today February 13th for Valentine's and Anniversary date. There were plenty of tables and several servers but we were told there would be a 15 minute wait. There were probably 10 to 12 people waiting right inside the door. The Asst. Manager came from the kitchen and started seating people. There was a large birthday party and I guess that is what had the kitchen behind. But Tiara, the bartender, was great!! She was waiting on and serving the tables in the bar area like a Queen! Food was just ok. But she was great!“

“1 star worst hardees ever will never go back l placed order and was told i had to wait for a strawberry lemonade u ordered 2 i advised them i couldn't wait so she said one moment then she only gave 1 i told her we had 2 gave her the receipt then she gave me 2nd one never apologized while the mgr was right there then the lemonade was 2.09 was disgusting called the mgr she didn't apologize then the district mgr and neither did she apologize i asked for my money back originally because the cashier was being rude i will never ever go again“

Very disappointed this morning. Went through drive through and ordered a deluxe breakfast with chicken. I got home and there was no chicken, just a biscuit, gravy, eggs, grits, and very stale tasting hash rounds. Where's your quality control? Slow down and check those orders. From now on I'll hold up the line so I can open the bag, take out the container, inspect the contents, and put it back in the bag.“

“5/11/26 update. Sonic is typically one of my favs. Today they let me down. Over time the Blasts prices go up and the cup size goes down. I get the local team can't control that, but at least fill up my cup. To get home and realize it was only barely half full was so disappointing. Be better.
