“We hadn’t had iHop in years, so we decided to go one Saturday. They were relatively busy, but not overly so. What made our experience fantastic was our waitress, Jada. She. Was. Incredible! She made sure our 10-month-old got some food first so we didn’t have to worry about feeding him while we were eating. He kept dropping his teething toy on the floor, so she brought us a cup of warm water to rinse it off each time without us even asking! She was incredibly attentive and just an all around great person! We will definitely be back and it’s all because of Jada.“

Man, I gotta say this Cookout is amazing and this was a good experience. As a professional big back, I've had a lot of fast food experiences. From my experience, the food was great for a fast food joint. It tasted relatively fresh and the double burger with chilli, cheese, and jalapenos hit so hard I thought I got hit by an MLB batter with anger issues. The cashier was nice, answered my questions, and was pretty friendly. The prices are where Cookout shines the most in my opinion. I got a loaded burger, 2 quesadillas, and a diet coke for roughly around $10. As a ball shaped individual who likes seeing something other than a negative in his checking account, that's a good deal in my opinion. For lesser men, that is 2 meals for $10. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant seemed pretty clean to me. If I had to complain then I would say the portion sizes are a bit on the smaller side, but considering the quality and the price, I'd say it's still a good deal.

Tldr: The food is good and cheap. The people were nice and helpful. The restaurant is clean. 5 of 5. At least for a fast food establishment.“

“I love these burgers and usually get six for take-home. I drive 20 miles to get them as often as i can, at 73 i've eaten them all my life. I worked downtown for 4 yrs. and ate them every day for lunch and got more to take home for .
I see the comments and laugh at the coddled few that can't appreciate a good burger and pay much more for Mcgarbage.
I assure you i will continue to eat my beloved Penn's burgers as often as i can.“

“We went today February 13th for Valentine's and Anniversary date. There were plenty of tables and several servers but we were told there would be a 15 minute wait. There were probably 10 to 12 people waiting right inside the door. The Asst. Manager came from the kitchen and started seating people. There was a large birthday party and I guess that is what had the kitchen behind. But Tiara, the bartender, was great!! She was waiting on and serving the tables in the bar area like a Queen! Food was just ok. But she was great!“

“I have gone to this Jack's for almost 6 years. The first few years it was great food and service. During Covid, it got worse over time. Staff was rude, would leave items out of your order and served their fried chicken extremely dry, maybe from sitting under the heat lamp for days. I even stopped buying from them for several months. Recently, they must have a new manager and better employees. The food, especially the chicken isn't completely dried out. Their chucken breasts are fried perfectky and the meat is moist. Previously, the thighs (thighs are very moist if not overcooked) were so dried out that it would crack under pressure. One lady overcharged me for an order. I had to wait a few minutes for my order. She walked to my truck and handed me the cash and apologized. I can now recommend this Jack's as their food and service has become much better.“

Very disappointed this morning. Went through drive through and ordered a deluxe breakfast with chicken. I got home and there was no chicken, just a biscuit, gravy, eggs, grits, and very stale tasting hash rounds. Where's your quality control? Slow down and check those orders. From now on I'll hold up the line so I can open the bag, take out the container, inspect the contents, and put it back in the bag.“

“You know, I love their French fries, always have. I tried the Bacon Double Melt, it was very good - warm after a 15 minute drive + being freezing, food gets cold fast. Point being, it was made relatively recently, within 5 minutes, of my order bc it was still good & hot/warm when I took the first bite. Fries were still hot on a bag nab otw home, all in all - not greasy, hot food for $12. Better than MOST.“

“5/11/26 update. Sonic is typically one of my favs. Today they let me down. Over time the Blasts prices go up and the cup size goes down. I get the local team can't control that, but at least fill up my cup. To get home and realize it was only barely half full was so disappointing. Be better.
